Refund Policy: Membership fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun. If an order is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not received, please contact Riley & Co. and we will make it right through replacement, account credit, or refund as appropriate. Customers may cancel at any time, and cancellation will prevent renewal for the next billing period.
