FAQs
How much do Riley & Co. Dog Treats cost
1
Each full-size bag is $20, with shipping included. The bags available for purchase are the same size as the sample bags we provide to bank and credit-union executives and branch managers.
Is there a minimum opening order?
2
No. There is no minimum opening order and no required number of participating branches. Your institution can begin with one branch, several branches, or its entire network.
How does automatic delivery work?
3
Each participating branch chooses the number of bags it would like delivered automatically each month. If a branch begins using more or fewer treats, its order can be adjusted accordingly.
Automatic delivery may be canceled at any time, with no cancellation fees or penalties.
Are the customized displays really complimentary?
4
Yes. Every participating branch receives a complimentary display customized with the bank or credit union’s name and logo.
If a branch needs additional displays, Riley & Co. will provide them at no additional charge. We can also work with your institution to customize the display signage to better suit your brand.
No. Riley & Co. displays arrive ready to use. Simply place the clear acrylic treat container on the display, add the treats, and begin welcoming your four-legged customers.
5
Is assembly required?
Can we participate at only some of our branches?
6
Yes. Your institution decides which branches participate and how many bags each participating branch receives.
We can ship directly to individual branches or coordinate delivery through a central location.
How does the optional adoptable-pet card work?
7
Participating branches may choose to feature an adoptable dog or cat from a supported local organization.
The pet card clips directly to the Riley & Co. display and includes the animal’s photograph and a QR code customers can scan to learn more. Your institution decides whether to participate and which branches opt in.
How does Riley & Co. choose the organization that receives support?
8
Riley & Co. will identify an eligible local animal shelter or animal-welfare organization serving the branch’s community.
If your bank or credit union would prefer to support a different eligible shelter or animal cause, we will be happy to work with the organization your institution selects.
How does the charitable contribution work?
Riley & Co. contributes 50% of its profits to animal shelters and animal-welfare organizations serving the communities where our partner branches are located.
Our charitable contributions are documented through quarterly reporting overseen by Anthony V. Ricci, CPA, Inc. Reports are provided to participating bank and credit-union executives so they can clearly see the impact their institution is helping create.
9
