Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 25, 2026

These Terms of Service govern participation in the Riley & Co. Community Dog Treat Program and use of Riley & Co. Dog Treats services provided by Spiratos Global LLC (“Riley & Co.”).

Branch Membership

The Riley & Co. Community Dog Treat Program is a recurring branch membership designed for participating banks, credit unions, and other approved organizations. Pricing is stated per participating branch unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

Recurring Billing

By enrolling in a monthly or annual membership, the customer authorizes recurring charges using the payment method provided at checkout. Monthly memberships renew monthly and annual memberships renew annually unless canceled in accordance with these terms.

Cancellation

Customers may cancel their membership at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation takes effect at the end of the then-current paid billing period, and the membership will not renew for another billing period.

Complimentary Trial

Riley & Co. may offer eligible organizations a complimentary trial. Trial availability and terms are provided separately and may require approval by Riley & Co. Unless expressly stated during enrollment, a complimentary trial is not automatically included with a paid membership purchased through the website.

Products and Displays

Membership may include recurring dog treat shipments, a Riley & Co. display customized for the participating financial institution, and other program materials as described at the time of enrollment. Customized materials may require additional preparation time before initial shipment.

Shipping

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information. Delivery times may vary depending upon destination, carrier conditions, customization requirements, and circumstances outside Riley & Co.’s reasonable control.

Changes

Riley & Co. may modify program features or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Riley & Co. and Spiratos Global LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the program.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
