Do you offer a Free Trial?

Yes. Try the complete Riley & Co. Community Dog Treat Program free for 30 days. We’ll customize and ship your branch displays along with your initial supply of treats to all of your bank or credit union branches.

Your 30-day trial does not begin until your program is delivered to your branch. No payment is required to start the trial, and you will not be automatically charged when the trial ends.

At the end of the 30 days, simply decide whether you’d like to continue. If you do, choose our $199 monthly membership per branch. If you don’t, there is nothing to cancel and no membership charge. (A discounted annual plan is available per branch upon request - Contact us if interested in our annual plan)

What is included in your $199/month membership?

Everything is included: custom branch displays, monthly treat replenishment, free emergency restocks, and CPA quarterly shelter-impact reporting for your community prepared by Anthony V. Ricci. No setup fees. No cancellation fees. Cancel anytime.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes. Many banks and credit unions prefer a single annual invoice through accounts payable rather than a recurring card charge. Discounted annual memberships are available upon request - contact us at anthony@rileytreats.com or 843-212-0439

Can you provide bank documentation upon request?

Yes. Riley & Co will provide proof of insurance, W-9, ingredient information, applicable feed registration, and other reasonable documentation available to banks and credit unions upon request.

Can You Provide Transparent Local Impact Reports?

Yes. Quarterly reporting is available documenting our 50% profit donations to local animal shelters in participating banks’ and credit unions’ communities, so that you can see first hand the impact you are making. How much does it cost to enroll my bank or credit union branches in the Riley & Co Community Dog Treat Program?

$199 per monthper participating branch. Your financial institution can enroll as many branches as it chooses. (A discounted annual plan is available per branch upon request - Contact us if interested in our annual plan)

Your enrollment includes a professionally managed monthly replenishment program designed to keep your Riley & Co. display fully stocked for your branch’s customer traffic.

If your branch experiences unusually high demand and your inventory begins running low before your next scheduled shipment, simply let us know and we’ll send an emergency replenishment shipment at no additional cost.

There are no cancellation fees.

How does inventory replenishment work?

Every month, your branches automatically receive replenishment shipments designed to keep your display stocked.

If customer demand exceeds expectations and you’re running low before your next shipment, simply contact us and we’ll send an emergency replenishment shipment at no additional cost to any of your branches that need it so your displays remain full.

What is the shelf life?

Do you provide customized dog treat displays for each branch that enrolls?

YES! 100% FREE and completely customizable for your branches. See the pictures on this page. If a display stand or acrylic treat bin cracks, breaks, or goes missing, we’ll replace it free of charge right away. Our display stands are proudly built by Riley & Co. in Charleston, South Carolina and require zero assembly. Simply place the included clear acrylic treat bin on top, fill it with our treats, and it’s ready to use.

What makes Riley & Co. Dog Treats different from other treats?

Riley & Co. creates premium, all-natural, American-made dog treats with a mission: 50% of profits support local animal shelters in the communities where our participating bank and credit union branches are located. Every bag helps animals in need.

How does the charity donation work?

Each quarter, 50% of our profits are donated to local animal shelters in the communities where our participating bank and credit union branches are located, helping each financial institution create a meaningful local impact! We can also coordinate photo opportunities or updates if your bank or credit union would like to share the impact with your customers. We are also open to routing all donations from your branches to other 501c3 animal causes (e.g. 501c3’s that train service dogs for veterans)

Is Riley & Co. a local company?

YES! Riley & Co. is a Charleston, South Carolina based company, and proudly supports local animal shelters, banks and credit unions throughout our community. As we expand nationwide, we remain committed to supporting shelters in every community we serve.

Can multiple branches enroll?

Yes. Banks and credit unions can enroll individual branches or multiple locations. We can ship to each branch directly or coordinate deliveries through a central location.

What is your manufacturing capacity?

Our manufacturing and fulfillment operations are designed to scale with demand. Whether you’re enrolling a single branch or hundreds of locations, we have the infrastructure to support long-term growth while maintaining consistent product quality and dependable monthly fulfillment.

Are the treats safe for dogs?

Riley & Co. Dog Treats are made in the United States using high-quality ingredients and are produced in facilities that follow strict safety and quality standards for pet food production. Our treats are designed to be safe and enjoyable for dogs. Riley & Co. also carries appropriate business and product liability insurance.

Do you ship nationwide?

Yes. We can serve banks and credit unions throughout the United States and we can deliver to one location or multiple branches of your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and ACH bank payments giving your financial institution the flexibility to use its preferred payment method.

How long does it take to receive my first order?

Your Welcome Kits typically ship within 3–4 business days of enrollment and includes everything your branches need to launch the Riley & Co. Dog Treat Program, including your custom displays and initial treat inventory. After that, your branches are automatically replenished each month. If any of your branches ever run low before their next scheduled shipment, simply let us know and we’ll send a complimentary replenishment shipment at no additional cost.

Can individuals purchase your treats too?

Right now, Riley & Co. Dog Treats are available exclusively through our bank and credit union partners only.
