Our Team

  • Anthony G. Spiratos - Founder & CEO

Anthony Spiratos is a lifelong Rhode Islander and an entrepreneur with a passion for building businesses that give back. For over 20 years, he has developed and operated ventures that blend hospitality, community impact, and customer experience.

Anthony was a partner in the Spiratos Family Limited Partnership, where he renovated, managed, and owned one of Rhode Island’s most successful oceanfront apartment complexes. As the owner of Sea View Villa, a 4 acre historic oceanfront estate, opposite world famous Cliff Walk in Middletown, Rhode Island, housing luxury Airbnbs, he built a record-breaking short-term rental business, ultimately selling the property for $15 million in 2023. https://pbn.com/sea-view-villa-in-middletown-sells-for-15m/

During the pandemic, Anthony launched Rhode Island’s largest independently owned restaurant delivery platform called Dine Out Life which supported more than 40 local restaurants throughout Newport County. From 2020 to 2022, his innovative model generated over $1 million for the local restaurant economy—without taking a single dollar of commission from area restaurants—helping keep neighborhood restaurants afloat during the pandemic and putting over 30 out-of-work locals back on the job during those challenging times.

A lifelong dog lover, Anthony was inspired by his rescue dog, Riley, adopted from the Potter League for Animals. Riley & Co. was founded to honor that bond. With every gourmet dog treat sold, 50% of profits are donated back to local animal shelters, combining Anthony’s entrepreneurial drive with his commitment to giving back.

  • Sir Riley Spiratos - Chief Cuteness Officer & Head of Taste Testing

I am Sir Riley. I am armed with cuteness. I am an adorable four-legged canine super spy who spies on rabbits and squirrels at my oceanfront villa.

Born May 10, 2011, in South Carolina, I was adopted from the Potter League for Animals, located in Middletown, Rhode Island in April 2012 by my best friend and partner in adventure, Anthony. Now 14 years young, I’ve become quite the well-traveled gentleman.

I love staying in dog-friendly hotels all along the Eastern Seaboard and throughout New England, and charming everyone I meet. Hotel staff everywhere I go can’t help but fall in love with me—I’m a big charmer who never misses a chance to make a new friend or snag a belly rub.

When I’m not supervising my humans that work for Riley & Co, you’ll find me taste-testing the treats for Riley & Co. I’m also an enthusiastic explorer. I love visiting all the dog-friendly shops in every town we travel to on our road trip adventures—especially the boutiques and local stores in my hometown of Newport.

I believe in supporting the local hospitality industry and small businesses everywhere we go. Every town Riley & Co. expands to is a chance to build community and help the places that welcome dogs like me with open arms.

Since I was once a shelter pup myself, it’s my dream that every treat we sell helps other dogs waiting for their forever homes.
